A young couple and their two children moved into a well laid out home on a beautiful cul-de-sac in Parkland. The home was everything they wanted in location and layout, but the interior was very dated. Thus began several years of renovations. The home owners were keen to do the work themselves, so our job was to come up with the look and the feel, plus consult along the way.

The biggest change was the complete overhaul of the kitchen. It went from dark and crowded, to a light, bright, open space that has room for the family to gather together. The kitchen cabinets are a warm white and this colour is carried through to the wall panelling in the family room. Personal treasures are displayed proudly throughout the home. It’s been a journey but the end result is a home built with love.
