Sometimes it’s not all about loud, colourful wallpapers. Quiet, textured papers have their place too. Today’s decor is all about layering, and textured wallpapers add that extra dimension without being the star. They don’t cry ‘look at me, look at me’ and this allows the other elements in a space to shine. It’s cosyand rich and interesting, and most importantly, it’s unique. My absolute favourite wallpapers are from Schumacher. They do the most interesting collection of fabrics and wallcoverings as their designs are current and forward thinking, yet steeped in tradition, making them instant classics.
